Repair or replace?
Most roller doors can be repaired for a fraction of the price of a new one. We will tell you honestly when a repair makes sense and when an old, heavily damaged door is better replaced. If a replacement is the better option, we can usually reuse the opening, hood and sometimes the motor.

Frequently asked
My roller door is too heavy to lift. What's wrong?
Usually the springs inside the barrel have lost tension or broken. Spring re-tensioning or replacement makes the door light and safe to lift again. Spring work is dangerous, so please don't try it yourself.
Do you repair doors you didn't install?
Yes. We repair all makes and ages of roller shutters and roller doors.
Can you fix a roller door that came off its track?
Yes. We re-seat the curtain, check the guides and end-locks that stop it happening again and replace anything that is bent or worn.
